高辐射节能耐火涂料在冶金高温炉窑上应用的探索

【摘要】 高温炉窑炉墙内表面,喷涂高辐射节能耐火涂料,炉壁黑度可达0.9以上,西方发达国家可节能10%以上,最高达30%,我国节能也可达5%~10%,电阻炉最高为28%。北京科技大学研制的BJ系列红外高温节能涂料,在冶金企业高温炉窑上应用的效果,分别是:轧钢加热炉节油率5%~7%,停炉降温升至轧制温度的升温时间缩短10 min以上,高炉热风炉送风温度升高10~30℃,吨铁焦比下降2kg以上,工业锅炉平均提高热效率3%~10%,吨汽节煤8~24 kg。使用高辐射节能耐火涂料,是高温炉窑节能降耗,简单易行,投资极小的有效措施之一。

【Abstract】 After spraying energy saving refractory coating upon the lining surface of high temperature furnace and kiln, the blackness of lining could be more than 0. 9. In advanced countries , 10 %-30 % of energy is saved. In China, 5 %- 10 % of energy also can be saved. For resistance furnace, the effect is the best, the highest saving is about 28 %. BJ series infrared high termperature coating, which has been studied and developed by University of Science and Technology Beijing , have been used in different metallurgical high temperature furnaces. In reheating furnace about 5 %-7 % of oil is saved, after hot stop, the time for raising the temperature to work temperature is reduced by 10 minutes. In hot-blast stove, the temperature of hot blast is increased by about 10 - 30 癈, the coke consumption per tonne iron is reduced by more than 2 kg. In industrial boiler, average thermoeffect is increased by about 3 %-10 % , coal consumption per tonne gas is reduced by 8-24 kg. So use of high radiation energy saving refractory coatings is a simple, easy method with small investment for energy saving and reducing cost for high temperature furnace operation.
