【Abstract】 The current situation of energy resources production and consumption in China is introduced. The importance and necessity of energy saving as one of strategic policies of economic development is stressed . The problems and potential of energy saving are pointed out. It is emphasized that the policy and main measures of energy saving to solve existing problems are as follows: to improve the administration, to strengthen the legislation and excution of the law, to formulate appropriate economic policies for energy saving, to promote technical progress in energy saving and activate international exchange and cooperation etc. .更多还原
