序列解剖层片的色彩校正

【摘要】 目的研究消除序列解剖层片间由光照变化引起的色彩差异以及去除冠向和矢向视图水平伪迹的方法。方法针对数字人层片间光照的不一致性,利用数字人层片(中国女婴一号)上提供的彩色灰度卡对相邻层片间各颜色分量的色彩差异进行全局校正,以消除解剖数据集沿垂直方向的光照变化;然后利用差值图像各分量(R、G、B)的灰度局部直方图,对整个解剖数据集进行局部色彩校正。结果对原始女婴数据集进行切片重建的结果表明,全局色彩校正后,重建结果在垂直方向上色彩一致性有明显的提高,但层片间仍有较多的伪迹存在;经过局部校正后,重建视图中的明暗条纹基本消失,说明层片间颜色的不连续现象得到了校正。结论把全局色彩校正与局部色彩校正相结合,可以有效地去除各种色彩差异,并较好地保留人体细节。

【Abstract】 Objective To develop a way for eliminating the chromatic difference introduced by the illumination and horizontal artifacts appeared in the coronal and sagittal view. Methods To eliminate the illumination variations along the perpendicular axis and remove artifacts, the globe color correction for the color difference between consecutive slices was carried out using the color grayscale card on the slices of digital human; then the local color correction must be performed through the entire database taking advantage of the grayscale local histogram of difference image. Results Reconstruction results for Chinese Girl No.1 show that, even the chromatic coherence is significantly improved along the perpendicular axis after the global color correction, there remained some artifacts between consecutive slices. But after the local color correction, horizontal artifacts have almost disappeared. Conclusion The combination of the globe color correction with the local color correction can effectively remove various chromatic difference, and fine details and texture are respected within the slices.
