【摘要】 目的　观察血管内皮细胞生长因子(VEGF)、碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF)在高血压大鼠不同阶段心肌细胞的分布变化,以期为高血压性心脏病的研究提供理论基础。方法　应用免疫组织化学方法,观察VEGF、bFGF在心肌组织中的表达变化,计算单位面积心肌组织VEGF、bFGF的阳性细胞数。结果　VEGF、bFGF免疫细胞在Dah1S和Dah1R组大鼠的心肌细胞中均有表达,Dah1S组VEGF和bFGF阳性细胞数较同时期Dah1R组增多(P <0 .0 1) ,Dah1S组VEGF、bFGF阳性细胞数自10周起至12周逐渐增多(P <0 .0 1) ,Dah1R组在高血压不同时期VEGF、bFGF无显著性变化(P >0 .0 5 )。结论　VEGF、bFGF可能参与高血压性心脏病发病机制。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objectve To explore the cha ng es of expression of vascular endothelial cell growth factor (VEGF) and basic fib roblast growth factor (bFGF) in rat cardiac muscle cells in different phases of hypertension. Method By means of immunohistochemistry. The nu mber of bFGF positive cells within unit area was counted. Results VEGF and bFGF positive cells in number in Dah1-S group were much higher th an those in Dahl-R group (P<0.01). The number of VEGF and bFGF positive cel ls increased gradually from 10th week to 12th week in Dah1-S rats (P<0.01), without obvious changes for VEGF and bFGF in different period of hypertension i n DahlR group (P>0.05). Conclusion The results indicate t hat VEGF and bFGF may participate the pathogenesis of hypertensive cardiac disea se.更多还原
