型钢与高强高性能混凝土界面强化机理研究

【摘要】 大量研究表明,钢与混凝土界面是组合结构的薄弱区,易发生剪切破坏而导致组合材料协同受力能力的降低.与普通混凝土相比,高强高性能混凝土可以强化钢与混凝土界面.提高界面料结强度.论文分析了型钢与普通混凝土界面层的形成过程及特征,比较了界面层与基体混凝土的水灰比、孔隙率和网格结构的疏密程度,进而确定了影响界面层性状的主要参数.使用显微观察技术分析了型钢与高强高性能混凝土界面层显微组织结构,研究了高强高性能混凝土的水灰比、高效减水利和矿物掺合料掺最对界面层强化的机理.分析了界面强化程度与界面力学行为的关系.结果表明,聚羧酸系高效减水剂硅灰粉煤灰的掺入,可以有效改善界面层组成结构,减小界面层的不利影响.使得界面层经历了由强化到消失.消失后再度强化的过程.研究成果为改善钢与混凝土界面的力学性能提供了依据.

【Abstract】 The weakness of the cooperative bearing capacity of steel- concrete composite structures rests with the shear- slip failure on the interface between shaped steel and concrete.Compared with normal concrete,the interface between shaped steel and ttSHPC (high strength and high performance concrete) can be strengthened, and the bond strength of the interface is improved.In this paper,the formation and the characteristic of the in- terlayer between shaped steel and normal strength concrete were analyzed.By comparing the differencc of the water cement ratio,porosity and lattice strut:lure of inlerlayer anti concrete matrix,main parameters that influ- ence the characteristics of the interlayer was determined.Microscopic-observation technique was employed to test microstructure of the interlayer between shaped steel and HSHPC,and the strengthening mechanism of the water cement ratio,the superplasticizer anti mineral admixture in HSHPC was studied.The resuhs show that the microstructure of the interfacial layer can be improved,and the disadvantage to the interlayer arc redt,ced hy adding the polycarboxylate superplasticizer,silica fume anti fly ash.All these may contribute to mechanical he- havior betterment of the interface between steel and concrete.
