内置钢构架钢骨混凝土转换梁结构及工程应用

【摘要】 本文介绍一种新型的梁式转换结构形式——内置钢构架钢骨混凝土转换梁结构,并结合广州某高层建筑结构工程实例,从满足承载力、刚度等力学性能的要求以及使用功能的需要、施工方便、经济性等方面对不同转换结构进行了对比论述.分析表明,内置钢构架钢骨转换梁充分利用钢构架优越的受力特性、高承载力以及良好的抗震性能,通过外包钢筋混凝土保证钢构架的稳定性以及提高转换梁的刚度及承载力.内置钢构架钢骨混凝土转换梁承载力是普通钢筋混凝土转换梁承载力的1.3~1.4倍,可以避免普通钢筋混凝土转换深梁的脆性破坏形态,同时内置钢构架钢骨混凝土转换梁也是一种经济效果显著的新型转换构件,不但可以应用在高层建筑结构转换层中,而且可以推广应用到其他大跨重载结构中.

【Abstract】 Based on the engineering design of a tall building structure in Guangzhou city,a new type of beam transfer structure,steel frame reinforced(SFR)concrete composite transfer beam,was introduced.From the point of how to meet the requirements of mechanical behaviors of the beam such as bearing capacity,rigidity and so on,and the needs of function of the building,construction,economic character and so on,different transfer structures,were compared and discussed.Analysis show that the SFR concrete composite transfer beam can make good use of the advanced mechanical behaviors,high bearing capacity and excellent seismic behaviors of steel frame,and the concrete parts enclosed outside the steel frame can prevent steel frame from losing stability,then the rigidity and bearing capacity of SFR composite transfer beam are significantly im- proved.The bearing capacity of the SFR concrete composite transfer beam is about 1.3 to 1.4 times of that of reinforced concrete transfer beam,and fragile failure of transfer deep beam can be avoided,meanwhile the SFR concrete composite transfer beam is a kind of economic transfer member with high bearing capacity, which can be applied not only to tall building,but also to other long span heavy structure and so on.
