感染性休克合并多器官衰竭病人的血透液的~1H NMR波谱研究初探

【摘要】 使用~1H核磁共振波谱学对感染性休克合并多器官衰竭病人的血透液加以初步研究。由于血透液是含有数十种溶质的复杂溶液,为了简化分析,我们使用氯仿对经浓缩的血透液进行萃取。核磁共振波谱表明,使氯仿萃取的血透液谱图大为简化。在谱图上可以观察到一系列化学位移在12~15 ppm的谱峰。根据文献报道,这些谱图来自羧酸或酚类的活泼氢。进一步的工作正在进行中。
【Abstract】 In the present paper,a preliminary investigation by using 1 H NMR spectroscopy was conducted on the hemodialysate sample from a patient with multiple system organ failure(MSOF) caused by extensive inflection.The hemodialysate is an aque- ous solution containing more than 70 chemical species.To simplify the analysis procedure,the hemodialysate was concentrated and extracted by using CHCl3.The resultant 1H NMR spectrum of the hemodialysate extracted by CHCl3 is significantly simpli- fied in comparison with that of the concentrated hemodialysate.Several strong peaks whoseδis between 12 and 15 ppm can be observed in the 1H NMR spectrum of the extracted solution.According to the literature,these peaks can be assigned to proton atoms attached to phenol proton or carboxyl groups.The results demonstrate that NMR spectroscopy may enhance our under- standing of the pathology of MSOF at a molecular level.Further studies are still being performed.
