激光粒度分析仪在玉米淀粉水解研究中的应用

【摘要】 初次利用激光粒度分析仪对玉米淀粉酸催化水解过程进行分析研究,发现玉米淀粉酸催化水解过程可分为三个阶段。该结论与经典水解化学理论相吻合,表明激光粒度分析仪可以很好的表征玉米淀粉酸催化水解历程。为玉米淀粉水解性能的研究提供了一个新的实验方法和研究手段,对玉米淀粉广泛应用和工业化推广具有重要意义。
【Abstract】 The process of cornstarch hydrolyzation catalysed by hydrochloric acid is studied in this paper with laser particle size analysis in order to provide experimental data to the application of cornstarch in industry.The results show that the process of cornstarch hydrolyzation including three steps which is common to the classic theory,and it is also proved that laser particle size analysis is available to the analysis of cornstarch hydrolyzation.This research provide a new method to the study of cornstarch hydrolyzation catalysed by hydrochloric acid,and play an important role in the use of cornstarch in industry.
