CdS/聚电解质核—壳式复合微球的光谱研究

【摘要】 研究了CdS/聚电解质核-壳式复合微球的红外光谱、拉曼光谱和真空紫外-可见光光谱。结果显示:复合微球中CdS的红外光谱、拉曼光谱出现了新的特征。常温(290 K)和低温(20 K)下的真空紫外-可见光谱存在着差异。对于激发光谱,常温情况下主峰在268nm并有一些小峰,而低温下则在253 nm处有一个明显的激发峰。常温情况下的发光峰在382 nm,并且有322,542和585 nm的副峰,而低温下则在394 nm处有明显的发光峰。
【Abstract】 The infrared (IR),Raman and vacuum ultraviolet-visible (VUV) spectra of CdS/polyelectrolyte core-shell composite microspheres were studied.The results showed that there were new characterization in the IR,Raman of CdS CdS/polyelectro- lyte core-shell composite microspheres.There are differences of it’s vacuum violet-visible spectrum under normal (290 K) or low (20 K) temperature.For excitation spectrum,primary luminescence peak appears at 268 nm,and there are a few faint peaks in normal temperature,respectively,but only one excitation peak at 253 nm in low temperature.In VUV,the luminescence peaks are at 382 nm nm with assistant peaks at 322,542 and 585 nm under normal temperature,but there is an obvious peak at 394 nm in low temperature.
