凝胶硅铝比对MCM-22分子筛合成的影响

【摘要】 以硅酸为硅源,铝酸钠为铝源,六亚甲基亚胺(HMI)为结构导向剂,采用静态水热晶化法合成MCM-22分子筛,并利用XRD,SEM,FTIR等技术对合成产物进行表征。结果表明,凝胶硅铝比是影响产物晶相的重要因素。n(SiO2)/n(Al2O3)小于15时,没有MCM-22生成;n(SiO2)/n(Al2O3)为30,45,60时,合成的MCM-22分子筛的样品的纯度和结晶度较高;n(SiO2)/n(Al2O3)为22,100,150及∞时,有MCM- 49,MOR或Kenyaite等杂晶生成。
【Abstract】 MCM-22 Zeolite has been synthesized,using silicic acid,sodium aluminate and hexamethyleneimide (HMI)as raw ma- terials,by static hydrothermal synthesis method,and the product was characterized by XRD,SEM and FTIR.The results indi- cated that SiO2/Al2O3 ratio in the gel was an important factor affecting the product composition.When n(SiO2)/n(Al2O3) was less than 15,there wasn’t MCM-22 zeolite in the product;When n(SiO2)/n(Al2O3) was 30,45 and 60,the product was pure MCM-22 zeolite with high crystallinity.And when n(SiO2)/n(Al2O3) was 22,100,150 or∞,other type zeolites,such as MCM-49,MOR,kenyaite or magadiitein,were formed in the product.
