【摘要】 介绍了自主开发的LIBS分析软件,包括了寻峰、自动元素分析以及光谱匹配数据库等功能。寻峰中的自动寻峰及手动寻峰两种功能大大方便了分析过程,而自动元素分析可以迅速、准确地确定样品的基本成分,实现了实时定性分析。光谱数据库则使得用户可以建立自己的样品光谱库并进行快速种类鉴别。该软件系统改善了手工分析费时、费力的现状,具有一定的实用性及推广价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Self-designed Analytical software for LIBS is introduced in this article.This software has three main functions:peak- seeking,automatic elements analyses,and spectral match database.The two functions in peak-seeking which is automatic peak- seeking and peak-seeking by hand make the analysis of spectrum easier.The automatic elements analysis can identify the basic composition of sample rapidly and accurately,which make the real time qualitative analysis viable.User can create sample data- base by using user-defined spectral database and use it to identify the species of the sample quickly.This analytical software sys- tern cans instead the manual analysis which is the main method now for spectra analysis of LIBS,and will be a useful tool for LIBS.更多还原
