含N添加剂对水热法合成TiO2微米球的影响

【摘要】 在最佳条件下（TiCl3 0.15mol/L NaCl 饱和溶液,170℃,4h,含 N 添加剂/Ti 摩尔比1/10）用水热法尝试在玻璃基板上制备了 TiO2微米球,SEM、TEM 和 XRD 技术表征结果说明,加尿素添加剂制备了完美的 TiO2微米球,TiO2晶体为金红石型,讨论了 TiO2微米球形成机理。
【Abstract】 TiO2 microspheres were deposited on the glass substrates under the optimal conditions （TICl3 0.15mol/L NaCl saturated aqueous solution,170℃,4h,molar ratio of additive/Ti 1/10） ,which are the rutile crystal characterized by XRD.The microspheres are large scale assembled of TiO2 nanorods.The results are indicated that the urea is the best additive,and the mechanism of forming microspheres was discussed.
