含蒽环的类PNA结构缀大环多胺化合物的合成及DNA相互作用研究

【摘要】 本文报道了含蒽环的类 PNA 结构的大环多胺缀合物的合成及其与 DNA 的结合和光切割效果。
【Abstract】 A PNA analogue containing anthracene units and appended with cyclen moiety was synthesized and characterized.The DNA binding and photocleavage ability of the compound were investigated.
