新型双[12]N3大环化合物的合成与表征

【摘要】 本文以1,5,7-三氮二环[4,4,0]-5-癸烯（TBD）为原料,通过与1,3-二溴丙烷进行环化、桥联反应,Boc 酰胺化、羰基还原等反应合成了新型双12[N]3大环化合物。所有化合物均经过1H-NMR 表征确证其结构。
【Abstract】 In this paper, a new macrocyclic compound containing two [12]N3 units was prepared from 1,5,7-Triazabicyclo[4.4.0]dec-5-ene （TBD） with 1,3-dibromopropane through multi-step synthesis. All the compounds were characterized by 1H-NMR.
