利用高压釜合成烷基咪唑类离子液体及在染料敏化太阳电池中的应用

【摘要】 本文利用高压釜在无溶剂的条件下合成了离子液体1-甲基-3-丙基咪唑碘、1-甲基-3-己基咪唑碘、1-甲基-3-乙基咪唑三氟乙酸盐。结果表明该方法具有操作简单、所得产品纯度高、反应过程不需要使用有机溶剂、对环境友好等特点,且对于烷基咪唑碘的合成,提高反应温度,还可使1-甲基咪唑和碘代烷烃按化学计量比进行反应,产率近100%。此外,还测量了I3-和I-在1-甲基-3-丙基咪唑碘和1-甲基-3-乙基咪唑三氟乙酸盐混合物中的表观扩散系数及其所组成的染料敏化太阳电池的光伏性能。

【Abstract】 In this paper, an improved preparation of ambient temperature ionic liquids, 1-methyl-3-propylimidazolium iodide, 3-hexyl-1-methylimidazolium iodide, 3-ethyl-1-methyl- imidazolium trifluoroacetate, which proceeded via the quaternization reaction of 1-methylimidazole with a desired haloalkane/alkyl trifluoroacetate under solvent-free conditions using Teflon-lined, stainless steel autoclaves, was described. The main advantages of this present approach were solvent-free, eco-friendly, easy procedure and high purity of products. It was found that the excellent yield of alkylimidazolium iodides, ~100%, was obtained due to the increase of reaction temperature, which resulted in the feasibility of using only stoichiometric amounts of reactants. Moreover, the apparent diffusion coefficients of I3- and I- in binary ionic liquids of 1-methyl-3-propylimidazolium iodide and 3-ethyl-1-methylimidazolium trifluoroacetate were calculated on the basis of the anodic and cathodic steady-state current from cyclic voltammetry using an ultramicroelectrode. The photovoltaic performance of dye-sensitized solar cells with the binary ionic liquids was investigated.
