【Abstract】 Methyl thiadiazole formamide is a low toxic novel leading plant elicitor with independent properties, bioassay indicated that, it had good induction activity for tobacco against TMV and other main crop plants against most agricultural disease, at the same time, it also had certain extent of direct fungicide activity, here the author conducted modification of this leading compounds and synthesized about 100 new compounds, all the structures were identified by NMR, IR, MS or EA and screened for pesticide activity including SAR according to the SOP of pesticide and elicitor screening, the bioassay results indicated that, some novel compounds had good induction activity, some of them had good fungicidal activity. In order to provide the samples for field experiment, the synthesis routine were also optimized in detail. Here the author also studied its composition of 10% WP formulation, established the analysis method for its active ingredient, conducted preliminary study on its mode of action as compared with TDL.
