唑菌酯防治水稻稻瘟病的生物学及物理作用方式研究

【Abstract】 SYP-3343 is a strobilurin fungicide developed by Shenyang Research Institute of Chemical Industry, early in vitro and in vivo study revealed that, it had good effecacy against Phyricularia grisea better than that of commercial fungicides did. In this study, SYP-3343 showed obvious effects on mycelium growth, mycelium form, spore germination, tube elongation, appressorium formation, appressorium penetration and spore production. SYP-3343 had also better effecacy against Phyricularia grisea with protective, curative and eradicant action than that of azoxystrobin, propiconazole and tricyclazole did. SYP-3343 could not be absorbed by rice root, but could be uptook by rice leaf and transported in phloem and xylem.
