化学调控共沉淀前驱体法制备LiNi1/3Co1/3Mn1/3O2及其赝电容性能

【Abstract】 In this paper, a single phase and hexagonal layered structure (Ni1/3Co1/3Mn1/3)(OH)2 was prepared by chemical regulation co-precipitation and further prepared LiNi1/3Co1/3Mn1/3O2. The obtained products were characterized by XRD and SEM. The asymmetric supercapacitor AC/(Ni1/3Co 1/3Mn1/3)(OH)2 and AC/LiNi1/3Co1/3Mn1/3O2 were formed in which the two obtained products were used as positive electrode and the activated carbon as negative electrode, and the aqueous electrolytes for the test were 1M LiOH and 1M Li2SO4, respectively. The capacitance properties were examined by cyclic voltammetry, galvanostatic charge-discharge methods and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy. In addition, the pseudocapacitance mechanism was discussed. The results show that in the voltage range of 0-1.0V and 0-1.4V at 100mA/g constant current density, the supercapacitors exhibited specific capacitance value of 36F/g and 46F/g, respectively.
