聚丙烯酰胺溶胶凝胶法合成ITSOFC用钙钛矿型纳米材料

【Abstract】 Ultrafine perovskite-type powders with applicability in intermediate temperature solid oxide fuel cell(ITSOFC) were synthesized by a polyacrylamide sol-gel method: La0.8Sr0.2MnO3(LSM) 、La0.8Sr0.2CrO3(LSC)和La0.9Sr0.1Ga0.8Mg0.2O3-δ(LSGM).The forming process of the perovskite phase of the samples was analyzed by means of TG-DSC and X-ray diffractometer. The morphology and electrical properties of the LSGM sample were investigated by SEM and direct-current four-pole method. TEM observations showed that the particle size of LSGM、LSC and LSM was less than 80nm after heat treatment. The results reveal that the present polyacrylamide sol-gel method is a time-saving and efficient tool for easy synthesis of perovskite-type multicomponent oxide nanopowders. The method is advantageous to decrease the forming temperature of perovskite phase and agglomeration and to enhance purity, electrical property and sinterability.
