【摘要】 <正>在氟代溶剂(FC-72)中,六分子氟代杯四环分子可与八分子水通过氢键自组装形成稳定的六量体的分子囊,由于分子囊内外化学环境的不同,该分子囊可为有机小分子提供非常有效的疏水反应环境,使有机小分子在分子囊内的浓度远高于分子囊外的浓度,从而使分子囊内分子反应的速度大

【Abstract】 Fluorous calix[4]resorcinarene can self-assemble stable hexameric capsules in fluorous solvent(FC-72)with eight water by hydrogen bond. Due to the differently chemical enviriment inside and outside of the capsules, the molecular capsules show the remarkable ability for catalyzing Diels-Alder reaction by encapsulation of the p-benzoquinone and cyclohexadiene at 50 oC in a FC-72/Hexane media. Among such system, fluorous soluble catalyst shows very high catalytic activity and the reaction yield in the presence of molecular capsules is dramatically increased (31 times) compared to absence of the molecular capsules. Furthermore, this reaction system offers an environmental advantage in that the fluorous catalyst solution can be recovered and recycled after the simple extraction of the fluorous insoluble products.
