高油脂基质中硫丹及硫丹硫酸酯残留分析

【摘要】 利用气相色谱技术建立了5种高油脂基质(毛豆、核桃、鳗鱼、鸡肉与花生)中硫丹及其降解物残留分析方法。5种基质样品中农药残留用 V(乙酸乙酯):V(正己烷):1:1溶液提取,提取液浓缩后过中性氧化铝-活性炭柱净化, 采用乙腈淋洗,最后采用配有电子俘获检测器的气相色谱检测。在添加0.01 ppm 的硫丹及其硫酸酯混标时,添加回收率可达90%以上。
【Abstract】 A method based on the gas chromatography(GC)was developed for determination of the Endosulfan isomers and endosulfan sulfate in 5 high lipidic foods (green soy bean,peach stones,eel,chicken,and peanut).The pesticide residues in the 5 foods were extracted by the ethyl acetate/n-hexane mixture solvent with volume ratios 1:1,the extracts were condensed and then purified on the neutral Al2O3-active carbon column chromatography with the acetonitrile as eluent solvent,and final determined by the gas chromatography with ECD detector.It was found the recoveries of Endosulfan isomers and endosulfan sulfate were more than 90% when they were added on the 0.01 ppm level.
