【摘要】 采用醇提法对濒危植物翅果油树种子中黄酮类化合物(ESF)进行了提取,经聚酰胺柱层析纯化后,通过邻苯三酚自氧化法、水杨酸比色法对其体外抗氧化活性进行了测定。结果表明;ESF 对超氧阴离子自由基活、羟基自由基都有明显的清除作用,且 ESF 抗氧化活性与其浓度之间存在一定的量效关系。更多还原

【Abstract】 The flavonoids of Elaeagnus mollis seeds (KSF)was extracted by ethanol and purified by polyamide column chromatography.The outside anti-oxidant activity of ESF was determined by the methods of pyrogallo auto-oxidation and salicylic acid colorimetric.The results showed that ESF has the obvious elimination and the inhibitory function to the hydroxyl free radical and the ultra oxygen anion free radical,and there is certain relation between antioxidant activity and density of ESF.更多还原
