【摘要】 应用核磁共振技术(NMR)对从中国大蹼铃蟾皮肤分泌物中分离得到的抗菌肽 Maximin 3在水溶液、有机溶剂 TFE 中的构象进行了研究,从一维~1H 谱的分散性初步判断有机溶剂 TFE 有助于 Maximin 3的二级结构的形成,然后通过二维同核质子相关谱(gCOSY,TOCSY,NOESY)对氨基酸残基进行了自旋系统的识别、质子归属、顺序识别。这些信息为研究结构与活性关系,揭示抗菌机理提供了重要的参考依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 preliminary structure study of antimicrobial peptide Maximin 3 in both pure water and H₂O/TFE solution using NMR techniques is reported here.Two-dimensional gCOSY,TOCSY,NOESY experiments were used to finish the identification of the spin systems and the sequential assignment of resonances.Proof of more stable structure with the addition of TFE was obtained.These observations provided important information for the antimicrobial mechanism of the antimicrobial peptides.更多还原
