翅果油树中生物碱提取及抑菌活性研究
Study on extraction and antimicrobial activity of the alkaloids from Elaeagnus mollis

【摘要】 采用酸性乙醇浸提翅果油树叶片中生物碱,硅胶柱层析纯化,所得生物碱对7种细菌和3种真菌进行抑菌作用实验。结果表明:翅果油树叶片中生物碱对细菌和真菌均有一定的抑制作用,对青枯菌的抑制作用明显强于对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和枯草芽胞杆菌;对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、枯草芽胞杆菌和四种青枯菌(OD1、DB1、DC1和 M5)的最低抑菌浓度分别为160、 320、160、160、320、160和160 μg/mL;对根霉和青霉表现出较强的抑制作用, 而对曲霉的抑制作用较弱。
【Abstract】 The alkaloids were extracted by immersing in alcohol from the laminae of Elaeagnus mollis,and were purified by column chromatography on silica gel.In the evaluation of antimicrobial activity against various strains of bacteria and fungi,the alkaloids exhibited significant antimicrobial activity.The antibacterial activity ugainst Pseudomonas solanaceru was more potent than Escherichia coli,Staphyloccus aureus and Bacillus subtilis.The MIC values of Escherichia coli,Staphyloccus aureus Bacillus subtilis and Pseudomonas solanaceru(OD1、DB1、 DC1 and M5)were 160,320,160,160,320,160 and 160μg/mL.In the antifungal activity test,the antifungal activity against Penicillium and Rhizopus were more potent than Aspergillus.
