微控电极距离电化学芯片装置的制作及其应用

【摘要】 用带有弹簧的活塞圆筒来固定工作电极,使其与芯片出口端对准,解决了重现性的问题;用螺旋测微器来调节工作电极与芯片出口端的距离,进而研究距离对样品5-羟色氨酸峰高的影响。
【Abstract】 A novel microchip system equipped with a end-column amperometric detector and a special device which controls the position of working electrode precisely have been developed in this study to aid in studying the relationship between electrode distance and performance of microchip.Although a shorter electrode distance offers higher sensitivity under a certain separation voltage,our results showed that a longer electrode distance led to a higher critical voltage and higher separation voltage offers a higher sensitivity and a sharp peak for analyte.
