鬼臼及其羧酸酯类化合物2位立体异构体的圆二色谱研究
Study on the circular dichroism of podophyllotoxin and its esters of 2-epimers

【摘要】 本文利用芳基四氢萘类化合物圆二色谱特点,采用圆二色谱方法研究了16个鬼臼及其羧酸酯类化合物2位立体异构体,探讨了其第一偶合谱与2位立体异构体之间的关系,对于监测反应产物或天然产物中的活性成分,研究该类化合物的构效关系有着重要意义。
【Abstract】 The CD spectra of sixteen podophyllotoxin and its esters of 2-epimers were studied with CD rule of hullbert’ s 1-aryl tetralin compounds CD rule.The relationship between the first couple and stereo-configuration and antitumor sclivity d these compounds were discussed.
