一种新型液相微萃取技术及其在土壤样品磺酰胺类除草剂中的分析应用

【摘要】 本文发展了一种新型液相微萃取方法,并结合高效液相色谱分离分析了土壤中的阔草清及其两种类似物。结果表明,此方法简单可行,可用于实际土壤样品中非挥发性痕量分析物的富集测定。
【Abstract】 A new liquid phase microextraction (LPME)technique has been developed in this work.Flumetsulam and its two analogs were chosen as model analytes to investigate the feasibility of the new pretreatment method by coupling to HPLC.The result was satisfied in the analysis of real soil sample.
