原位填充改性增强粘接特种炸药用胶粘剂粘接强度的研究

【摘要】 <正>室温硫化硅橡胶胶粘剂(简称RTV胶粘剂)具有优异的耐高低温性、突出的阻尼减震性、化学结构非常稳定,且RTV胶粘剂与多种炸药相容,长期储存性能稳定,因而对粘接炸药而言,RTV胶粘剂是一种非常理想的胶粘剂。但未经补强的RTV胶粘剂粘接强度低,粘接炸药的剪切强度不到1MPa,必须对双组分RTV胶粘剂增强改性才有应用价值。本文采用原位填充白
【Abstract】 Silica reinforced-RTV silicone rubber was prepared by Fumed Silica and modified 107 silicone rubber using the mixture of several alkyl acrylic acid or ester in situ. The result shows that the part silica was grafted with modified 107 silicone rubber and the dispersion of silica was improved greatly by IR.SEM. The shear strength of reinforced-RTV as a bonding material for JOB-9003 explosives was advanced evidently,3.5MPa at most when the content of silica was 1%-2.5%
