聚砜-分子筛杂化膜的制备与透气性研究

【摘要】 采用流延法制备了聚砜-分子筛杂化膜,并对该膜材料的结构、形貌和气体渗透性能进行了表征.结果表明:杂化膜材料中分子筛-4A粒子的分散良好,分子筛与有机相有极好的界面结合;相比之下,分子筛β的分散略差.伴有颗粒团聚,且与有机相之问存在着明显的分相.与纯聚砜膜性能相比,聚砜-分子筛B杂化膜具有较高的气体渗透率.但伴随着分离选择性的下降;聚砜-分子筛4A杂化膜的气体分离系数有较显著的升高,但是气体渗透率有很大损失.
【Abstract】 Two different PSF-zeolite mixed matrix membranes were prepared by solution casting technique, and membrane cross-sectional morphology and gas permeability for some gases were characterized by means of SEM and gas permeation. The results show that zeolite 4A particles could be finely dispersed in the polymer matrix with nice organic-inorganic interfacial compatibility, and but rather poorer contact between dispersed zeolite p particles and continuous PSF phase along with interfacial gaps around particles and particle aggregations. Compared to the neat polysulfone membrane, zeolite β-filled composite membrane has very higher permeabilities but decreased permselectivities whereas PSF-zeolite 4A one shows significantly increased permselectivities but with a great loss in gas permeabilities.
