丁基橡胶/树脂硫化体系阻尼复合材料动态力学性能的研究

【摘要】 <正>振动阻尼越来越成为发达国家的一个热门研究课题,高聚物力学阻尼材料是一种能消除振动和噪声以聚合物为基质的功能材料。高分子阻尼材料作为吸振材料能防止或减轻机械振动对部件的破坏,已被广泛应用于火箭、导弹、人造卫星、精密机床、精密仪器以及预防地震对高层建筑的破坏。
【Abstract】 The compatibility between the selective resin vulcanization reagent and the Butyl rubber(IIR) was studied through the DSC methods, the results show the compatible relationship between the two. The damping mechanics properties of the IIR/the resin vulcanization reagents compound materials system was studied by Dynamic Mechanical(DMA) methods, The results show that the efficient temperature region and the temperature point of the max Loss Tangent(tanδmax) increase with increasing amount of the resin vulcanization reagents, while the Store Modulus(E’) and the Loss Modulus(E") decrease, the wasting factorial(tanδ) acts the decreasing trends in the first parts, reach the peak value in sucession and decrease at the latter parts, this results different from the reference’, the damping action mechanism of the resin vulcanization reagents on the compound material system was analyzed and discussed at the same time.
