竹炭-壳聚糖复合吸附剂对鞣酸吸附性能的研究

【摘要】 以竹炭为载体,通过复合处理,在竹炭表面负载壳聚糖和海藻酸钠复合膜,制得竹炭-壳聚糖复合吸附剂.用SEM对其进行形貌观察,通过紫外分光光度法来研究复合吸附剂对鞣酸的吸附性能.结果表明:复合吸附剂中竹炭、壳聚糖和海藻酸钠具有良好的相容性,复合吸附剂对鞣酸的吸附性能较好.当竹炭:壳聚糖:海藻酸钠的配比为4:0.72:0.08时.该吸附剂对鞣酸溶液(1.2 mg/mL) 的饱和吸附量约为134 mg/g;吸附主要发生在前12 h内.12 h后吸附量增加缓慢:30℃左右最有利于复合吸附刺对鞣酸的吸附: 鞣酸溶液的pH值在酸性偏中性之间时,吸附效果较好.
【Abstract】 A bamboo charcoal-chitosan compound absorbent was prepared via composite process using bamboo charcoal as supporter, which was loaded by chitosan-alginate compound film. Physicochemical properties of the composite were investigated by using SEM, and the absorption behavior for tannic acid was studied by ultraviolet spectrophotometry. Results show that the absorbent possesses favorable compatibility and absorption capacility of tannic acid. The saturated adsorptive capacity of the absorbent for tannic acid from solution (1.2 mg/mL) is about 184 mg/g. when makeup proportion of bamboo charcoal, chitosan and alginate is 4:0.72:0.08. The optimum conditions for absorbing tannic acid are as follows, absorbing temperature is about 30 ℃ and pH value is near to neutrality.
