原位聚合Kevlar纤维-MC尼龙6复合材料的界面结晶形态研究

【摘要】 <正>MC尼龙6的熔体粘度高,普通方法很难使其均匀地浸渍到增强纤维中形成性能良好的复合材料,而且按传统的方法需将尼龙6加热到熔点以上,然后在高压下与纤维混合成型,这样会在一定程度上损伤Kevlar纤维。本文采用低粘度的活性己内酰胺单体浸渍铺设在模具内的增强纤维,然后进行原位阴离子聚合,制备Kevlar纤维增强MC尼龙6复合材料。
【Abstract】 In order to improve the interfacial adhesion, Kevlar fiber was treated by TDI and caprolactam. XPS was used to prove that caprolactam was grafted onto the surface of Kevlar fiber. In order to distribute the Kevlar fiber equably, nylon 6/Kevlar fiber composites was prepared by in-situ polymerization. Both treated and untreated fiber could do crystalline nucleation to matrix, and form interfacial trans-crystallization; Because the modified Kevlar fiber adjoined the matrix well, its nucleation was stronger than that of the raw Kevlar fiber.
