超支化聚碳硅烷基光引发剂的合成与表征

【Abstract】 Three kind of UV-sensitive hyperbranched polycarbosilane based photoinitiators HB1173, HB185, and HB2959 were synthesized via hydrosilylation reaction of hyperbranched polycarbosilane (HBP) and modified low molecular weight photoinitiators. HBP was obtained by polyhydrosilation of AB2 type monomer, methyldiallylsilane. HBP and photoinitiators were characterized by FTIR, 1H NMR, MALLS, and UV-vis. Spectroscopy. The UV-curing behaviors of the blends of photoinitiators synthesized and UV curable epoxy acrylate (EA) resin are studied by FTIR, and then the stability of the EA resins cured with different photoinitiators were investigated by means of TGA. The results indicate that they are indeed suitable polymeric photoinitiators.
