聚己内酯与左旋聚乳酸共聚物的合成与表征

【摘要】 <正>聚已内酯(PCL)和聚左旋乳酸(PLLA)都具有良好的生物相容性和生物降解性能,在生物医学领域得到广泛应用。PCL玻璃化转变温度低(Tg=-60℃),分子链柔软,易于加工, 但力学强度低,降解缓慢。PLLA转变温度高(Tg=56℃,Tm=170~180℃),机械强度较高, 刚性好,降解速度比PCL快。揉合这两种聚合物的各自特性,可望获得性能独特的新的共聚

【Abstract】 Poly(ε-caprolactone) (PCL) and poly(L-lactic acid) (PLLA) have been widely used in the field of biomedicine because of its biocompatibility and biodegradability. PCL is flexible and has a lower melting point (60 ℃), while PLLA is rigid and has a high melting temperature(178~182 ℃). Utilizing PCL-OH as a macromolecular initiator, which was prepared by ring-opening polymerization of ε-CL using dodecanol as initiator and stannous octoate [Sn(Oct)2] as catalyst, a series of PCL-b-PLLAs diblock copolymers with a given PCL block length were synthesized by ring-opening polymerization of L-lactide using Sn(Oct)2 as catalyst. Their structures were approved by means of 1H and 13C NMR and compared with the structure of poly(CL-ran-LLA) random copolymer.
