Simulation for Propylene Polymerization under Steady Operation Conditions in Liquid Phase Loop Reactors

【摘要】 在稳态操作条件下对文(1)所建立的微观动力学模型进行了求解,并对结果进行了分析与考核.在稳态操作条件下,从宏观反应器内反应物料密度和聚合物熔融指数两个指标的模拟结果来看,模拟结果和工业现场采集到的数据吻合得较好.
【Abstract】 The propylene homo-polymerization in liquid phase loop reactors is simulated based on its mechanism. According to the analysis for the flow behavior in the loop reactor and the mechanism of propylene polymerization, we put forward the micro-model (differential equations) of the liquid phase propylene polymerization In loop reactors and simulated the micro-kinetic of polymerization in loop reactor under steady operation conditions accordingly. The comparison between simulation results and industrial data shows that the simulation results, such as conversion ratio and melt index in the macro-reactor, are in good agreement with each other.
