【摘要】 <正>在水热/溶剂热反应中,一般地说,可以通过改变反应物的比例、反应温度、pH值和第二配体等来调控所生成的化合物的结构,而金属离子的配位构型直接影响所形成的产物的结构。我们分别用 Cu(Ⅱ)、Zn(Ⅱ)和Mn(Ⅱ)的醋酸盐与柔性配体对苯二乙酸(H2PDA)以及辅助配体phen,在溶剂热条件

【Abstract】 The reaction of 1,4-phenylendiacetic acid (H2PDA) and 1,10-phenanthroline (phen) with M(oAC)2 (M=Cu(Ⅱ), Zn(Ⅱ) and Mn(Ⅱ)) under solvothermal conditions forms three different structural supramolecular compounds [Cu(PDA)(phen)]n·2nH2O (1), [Zn(PDA)(phen)-(H2O)]n (2) and [Mn(PDA)0.5(phen)-(H2O)3]n·0.5nPDA·0.25nH2O (3). They were characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. In compound (1), Cu(Ⅱ) ions are four-coordinated, and bridged by PDA ligands into infinite one dimensional chains. Both compounds (2) and (3) are composed of dimers, but they are different. In compound (2), Zn(Ⅱ) ions are five-coordinated and linked by two PDA ligands, resulting in a cyclic structure, while in complex (3), Mn(Ⅱ) ions are six-coordinated and bridged by one PDA ligand, In these compounds, all coordinated PDA ligands adopt (bis)monodendate coordination mode, and there are a number of hydrogen bonds and π-π stacking interactions, forming three-dimensional supramolecular networks.
