冠醚-膨润土的制备、表征及吸附性能研究

【摘要】 用4’-羟甲基苯并-15-冠-5(HMB15C5),4’-甲基苯并-15-冠-5(MB15C5)两种4’-取代苯并-15-冠-5(SB15C5) 和苯并-15-冠-5(B15C5)制备了三种冠醚有机膨润土。研究了它们的结构、稳定性及对萘和铜离子的吸附作用及机理。结果表明,HMB15C5有机膨润土稳定性高,在蒸馏水中的解析率小于1%,而MB15C5有机膨润土和B15C5 有机膨润土稳定性不高;加入等量的冠醚与膨润土制备的冠醚有机膨润土,B15C5和MB15C5能斜立于膨润土层间, 而HMB15C5能在膨润土的层间形成双分子层:萘和铜离子在冠醚有机膨润土上有较好的吸附性能,萘能够分配于冠醚形成的有机相中,而铜离子在冠醚有机膨润土的吸附等温线则符合Langmuir等温吸附曲线。

【Abstract】 4’-hydroxymethylbenzo-15-crown-5(HMB15C5)-bentonite, 4’-methylbenzo-15-crown-5 (MB15 C5)-bentonite and benzo-15-crown-5 (B15C5)-bentonite have been prepared from Na-bentonite. And its structure, stability and adsorption properties of naphthalene and Cu2+ from water have been studied. HMB15C5-bentonite has high stability in distilled water, with more than 99% of HMB15C5 remaining bound to bentonite, but MB15C5-bentonite and B15C5-bentonite were not so stable as HMB15C5-bentonite. With the same equivalent, HMB15C5 can form bilayer in the interlayer, B15C5 and MB15C5 can tilt in the interlayer of bentonite. Adsorption of naphthalene to crown ether-bentonite could be described by partition process. For bentonite modified with crown ether-Bentonite, the equilibrium data closely fitted the Langmuir model.
