室温固相反应制备纳米磷酸锌Zn3(PO4)2·nH2O(n=2,4)的热化学研究

【摘要】 以Na3PO4·12H2O和ZnSO4·7H2O为原料,采用室温固相反应制备纳米磷酸锌二水和四水物。用微量热法研究固相反应的反应焓和磷酸锌水合物的标准摩尔生成焓,根据Hess定律,设计了一个新的热化学循环,用RD496Ⅲ微热量计于298.15K分别测定了反应物与产物在量热溶剂中的溶解焓, 由此计算出固相反应的反应焓分别是-45.793kJ·mol-1,-39.530 kJ·mol-1,同时得到纳米二水和四水磷酸锌的标准摩尔生成焓,推荐其值为-3788.607kJ·mol-1,-4354.004 kJ·mol-1。
【Abstract】 Nanocrystalline zinc phosphate dihydrate and tetrehydrate was prepared by solid-state reaction at ambient temperature from Na3PO4·12H2O and ZnSO4·7H2O, and characterized by X-ray, Raman, FT-IR spectra and TEM. Thermochemical study was performed by a RD496-Ⅲ microcalorimeter at 298.15K. The results revealed that the obtained products are Zn3(PO4)2·2H2O, Zn3(PO4)224H2O respectively, and their particle size is between 40-60nm. The standard enthalpy values for above reactions are calculated as -45.793kJ·mol-1,-39.530 kJ·mol-1.The standard enthalpy of formation for zinc phosphate dihydrate and tetrahydrate are recommended as -3788.607kJ·mol-1,-4354.004 kJ·mol-1.
