单、双掺钒酸钇晶体的Raman光谱研究
Study on the Raman Spectra of YVO4 Crystals Doped with Tm3+ , Ho3+ or Both

【摘要】 文章分别测得室温下,激发光平行、垂直晶体C轴入射时,Tm3+,Ho3-单掺和Tm3+,Ho3+双掺钒酸钇晶体样品的拉曼光谱,并对其进行初步的分析。发现:在钒酸钇晶体中掺有Ho3+时,激发光垂直C 轴时的散射光强明显强于激发光平行C轴时的散射光强;所测钒酸钇晶体样品的最大声子能量集中在880 cm-1附近。
【Abstract】 The present paper provides the Raman spectra of YVO4 crystals doped with Tm3+ , Ho3+ and both of them, measured at room temperature and with the laser projections parallel and perpendicular to axis C. Then a preliminary analysis of the spectra was carried out, and it was found that when YVO4 crystal was doped with Ho3+ , the scattering luminous intensity caused by laser projection perpendicular to axis C was reasonably stronger than that caused by laser projection parallel to axis C; Besides, it was found that the biggest phonon energy in the YVO4 concentrated nearly on 880 cm-1
