【摘要】 采用水平衰减全反射傅里叶变换红外光谱(HATR-FTIR)法研究了天然白棉及棕色彩棉的傅里叶变换红外光谱。实验发现两者所含主要有机化合物基本相同,其主要差异在于天然棕棉在1 735 cm-1处有一酯羰基的吸收峰,并且随着结构的变化,棉花颜色亦发生了改变。结果表明傅里叶变换红外光谱可用于天然白棉和彩棉的分析研究。

【Abstract】 Using horizontal attenuated total reflectance Fourier transform infrared Spectroscopy ( HATR-FTIR) , the spectra of natural white and brown cotton were determined by FTIR spectrometry. The absorption peaks of spectra of natural white and brown cotton were analyzed. The experiment result revealed that the basic components of them were the same, so their spectra were similar. The major difference in the FTIR spectra was that there was an absorption peak at about 1 735 cm-1 in the spectra of natural brown cotton. It was showed that there was a chemical component containing C=O, which is ester, and displays color under certain condition. When its structure changed, the color changed. This result showed that FTIR can be used for the identification of natural white and color cotton.
