不同产地虎杖根FTIR——主成分分析

【摘要】 文章借助于虎杖干燥根的红外指纹图谱,采用主成分分析法对来自浙江省七个不同产地的虎杖根红外光谱进行了聚类分析。结果表明:虎杖样品在4 000~1 700 cm-1区域有相似的红外光谱特征,而在 1 700~900 cm-1区域不同产地的样品又存在一定的差异。据此将其分为六个区,这一分区与各产地的地理位置和气候条件有一定的相关性,同一区内虎杖根的化学组分相似。红外光谱法可以快速、简便、直观地对中药材进行聚类分析和质量鉴别。
【Abstract】 Based on the infrared fingerprint spectra, dried root samples of Polygonum cuspidatum from 7 geographical origins were clustered into 6 classes with principal component analysis. The classification was related to their geographical origins and weather. In the same class, chemical components of P, cuspidatum sampler are similar to each other, which can be considered as the criterion of evaluating the quality of P. cuspidatum. The results showed that their characteristic infrared spectra were similar in the range of 4 000-1 700 cm-1 , but varied significantly for different groups and kinds of P. cuspidatum samples in the range of 1 700-900 cm-1. The method is rapid and simple, and can be used to identify the quality of traditional Chinese medicine directly. The method can be used to class and identify geographical origins of P. cuspidatum.
