【摘要】 文章采用水平衰减全反射傅里叶变换红外光谱法直接快速地分析了正常甲状腺组织及甲状腺癌组织,从分子水平上揭示出肿瘤细胞与正常细胞的红外光谱吸收差别。通过比较吸收带的峰位、峰强及峰形上两者的差异,可以看出正常甲状腺组织及甲状腺癌组织所含的物质、结构、蛋白质的构象、核酸及脂肪均有明显的不同。研究结果表明,水平衰减全反射傅里叶变换红外光谱法可以作为诊断正常甲状腺组织及甲状腺癌组织的有效工具。
【Abstract】 In this paper, the normal thyroid tissues and thyroid carcinoma were determined directly and rapidly by horizontal attenuated total reflectance Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (HATR-FTIR). The results showed that there were obvious and regular differences of HATR-FTIR spectra in spectral parameters such as frequency, intensity and shape of the bands, indicating significant differences in content, structure, conformation of proteins, nucleic acids and lipids between the normal thyroid tissues and thyroid carcinoma. The present results suggested that HATR-FTIR could show the properties of the normal thyroid tissues and thyroid carcinoma at the molecular level, was able to supply rich and reliable information on the investigation of benign thyroid tumor and thyroid carcinoma, and could be used as a convenient and reliable diagnostic tool for some tumors.
