【Abstract】 Objective Establish a method of the qualitative and quantitative analysis of methanol in the exhumation of toxic cases. Method Analyse the method by GC/MS and GC/FID. Outcome Methanol has been detected from the samples which distilled from the sepulchral body such as the blood of heart、urine、bile、liver、kidney、lung、stomach and the water in the grave. The content of methanol in the blood of heart、bile and the water in the grave have been mensurated. Conclusion We can use this method to analyse the methanol fleetly、availably and exactly.更多还原
