【Abstract】 A method of systematic pretreatment extraction from biological specimens by using rapid high-pressure -solvent extraction machine was developed in the paper. The method was automatic .It was benefit to build up standardization. It could not only be used to avoid the extraction errors those which caused by different operators, but also to prevent them from omission. The solvent was acetone and water. To most of traditional toxicologies, the extraction rates were above 90%, and to sorts of triazalam, were over 70%.It was widely applied for its simplicity ,automatic operation, few specimens needed, better incurrence.
