【Abstract】 The material evidences such as nails, clothes,etc were treated with ultrasonic extraction in organic solvents and determination was made by GC/MS/SIM technology.Instrument adjustion was processed using tetramethylene disulfotetramine of known concentration.Qualitative analysis was made according to the retention time of chromatogram peak and abundance ratio of selected ion.The selected ion(SIM,M/Z) and abundance ratio of tetramethylene disulfotetramine were:212(100%,base peak),240(60~70%,molecule ion peak),132(20～25%),92(25～30%)更多还原
