生物检材中MDMA和MDA的固相萃取和GC/NPD分析

【Abstract】 MDMA is one of the most widely used illicit substsances in the world. MDA is one of the metabolites of MDMA. The present paper reports a method for extraction of MDMA and MDA in blood and urine.The procedure involves solid-phase extraction with macroporus adsorbent resin GDX-403 columns followed by gas chromatrography.
