交联聚合物微球粒径研究

【Abstract】 On the basis of dynamic light scattering (DLS) principle, influence factors of size of linked polymer micro-ball system are studied using Zetasizer-Nano-Zs. The experimental results show that, when hydration temperature is 40℃, the hydrodynamic diameter (Dh ) of linked polymer micro-ball increases from 244.3 to 278.4nm while hydration time increases from 3 to 15 day, then decreases with the increasing of hydration time; Dh decreases rapidly from 302.7 to 229.6nm while NaCl concentration increases from 1000mg/kg to 10000mg/kg, but Dh slightly increase with the increasing of NaCl concentration; Dh slightly increases with linked polymer micro-ball concentration increasing; Dh becomes smaller when hydration temperature is 90℃.
