【Abstract】 Triarylamines is the hole-transporting materials (HTM). Two basic properties of the triarylamine unit are the easy oxidizability of the nitrogen center and its ability to transport positive charge centers via the radical cation species. Star-Shaped Triarylamines is connection the N-C single-bond by Ullmann reaction , we syntheses through a C-C double bond formed by the Wittig reaction. We synthesize tri-substituted benzene from ketones, which increases a high glass-transition temperature (Tg). High Tg is particularly important for OLED.
