PPV齐聚物掺杂体系的光电性质的研究

【摘要】 本文研究了两种PPV齐聚物的掺杂体系的EL特性。这两种材料分别为p-bis(p-N,N-di-phenyl-aminostyryl)benzene(DSA-ph)和2,5,2’,5’-tetrastyryl-biphenyl(TSB),前者是最近研究得比较多的一种荧光染料;后者是一种蓝光材料,其最大EL亮度为1663cd/m2,最大EL效率为1.57cd/A,相当于外量子效率1.02%。为了得到更高效率的蓝光器件,我们将DSA-ph掺入TSB母体中。二者之间有很好的能量转移,同时,由于其结构的相似性,DSA-ph分子在TSB中有很好的分散性。由于这些因素,我们得到了性能比较好的蓝光器件,当掺杂浓度为4wt%时器件的效率最高,达到了12.2cd/A,相应的外量子效率为6.2%;最大的功率效率为6.39lm/W;最大亮度为13500cd/m2。
【Abstract】 EL characteristics of a doped PPV oligomoer system are studied. The materials are DSA-ph and TSB, where the former is a widely used blue dye and the latter a blue light-emitting material with a max. luminance of 1663 cd /m2, and a max. luminous efficiency of 1.57 cd/A,corresponding to a external quantum efficiency of 1.02 %. To achieve a more efficient OLED, DSA-ph is doped into TSB host, between which energy transfer can take place. Furthermore, DSA-ph molecules are equably separated in TSB molecules due to the similarity of their molecular structures. Consequently,we realized a OLED with a max. luminous efficiency of 12.2 cd/A, corresponding to a external efficiency of 6.2 %, a max. power efficiency of 6.39 lm/W, and a max. luminance of 13500 cd /m2.
