高灵敏度的有机双光子核酸荧光探针分子的合成与性能研究

【Abstract】 We have synthesized and characterized two water-soluble fluorescence molecules, 3-(1-methyl-4-viniyllpyridinium)-9-ethylcarbazole iodide (MVEC) and 3,6-bis(1-methyl-4-viniyllpyridinium)-9-ethylcarbazole diiodide (BMVEC). And, the absorption and fluorescence spectra of both molecules have clear response for interacting with ctDNA. From these spectral responses we notice that BMEVC has more complicate interactions with ctDNA than that of MVEC. Additionally the significant two-photon fluorescence amplified response induced by ctDNA has suggested a potential material for DNA labeling.
